Document the job
Send photos of the approved contents and note appliances, furniture, bagged waste, stairs, elevators and parking. A clear record supports a more accurate pickup plan.
Coordinate the turnover
Where possible, identify the access contact and preferred service window. Large or mixed loads may require staged removal depending on volume and site conditions.
