This page explains what happens to information sent through the quote form and how optional website analytics works. It is written to describe what the site actually does, not what a template says it might do.
The quote form uses what you type, plus a small amount of technical information your browser sends with any web request. Optional analytics data is collected only after you select Accept analytics.

If you attach media, it will often show the inside of your home, garage or property. We treat that as sensitive and it is worth being specific about:
When you press send, your enquiry is stored first and then emailed to us. Storing it first is deliberate: if the email is delayed or filtered, your request still exists and is not silently lost.
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list. You will not receive newsletters because you asked for a quote.
Enquiry records and any attached photos or video are deleted automatically after 180 days. Email correspondence stays in our mailbox until we clear it in the normal course of business.
The Google Analytics tag does not load unless you accept optional analytics. If you decline, the site does not send Analytics page views or lead events. Analytics never receives the name, email, phone number, job description or media you submit through the quote form.
When enabled, Analytics may receive the page URL, referring source, device and browser information, approximate location and events such as quote submission, phone, text, email, service-quote and review-link clicks. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
You can change the choice stored in this browser at any time.
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It does not track you across other websites and does not use advertising cookies.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry and any attached media at any time, and you can ask for a copy of what we hold. Email dumpityyc@gmail.com and we will action it.
